Vo Dépot
VoDépot is a solution developed on Flutterflow and Firebase, designed to centralize depot-sale operations, facilitate tracking of items entrusted or sold, and optimize communication between sellers and agents.
Objective
Create a fluid mobile application and an intuitive web interface for VoDépot, a platform for managing consignment sales between private individuals and professionals. The objective: to digitize and simplify the exchange of goods through the VoDépot system, while offering a clear, fast and secure user experience.

1. Strategic discovery phase (targets, user paths, business logic)

Creative Process
1. Firebase architecture and workflows: development of Firebase database structure and configuration of security rules. Definition of workflows for deposits, validations, sales, etc.
2. Design of the mobile and web interface: creation of a clean, professional and reassuring design, adapted to a wide target audience. Integration of visual elements to simplify deposit and follow-up actions.
3. Tests and iterations: gathering feedback from test users. Improvement of paths, wording and reassurance elements.
4. Go live and performance monitoring: site and app deployment. Integration of Firebase Analytics to track adoption and identify areas for improvement.
